1) How to get rid of Depression
2) How to dissolve Sorrow caused by Death of Near & Dear One:
Oh, my dear spiritual friend, please do not become sorrowful. If you
become sorrowful then the departed soul of your friend or relative will
also feel your sorrow. And if you yourself remain in peace and remember
God, the supreme father, who is the ocean of peace and the liberator
of all, then even that soul will receive peace and liberation. Let's
say, if someone changes their old costume or an old house and moves
into a new one, then would you be sorrowful for that or would you celebrate
the joy of newness? Similarly, this body is just like a costume or home
for us, the souls. And even if you think that after death the soul departs
for the heaven or the soul world then why do you have to be unhappy
for that? Also, whenever and wherever that soul would take birth, the
people there would be celebrating and distributing sweets. So why should
we be unhappy? In reality, all human beings are children of one Supreme
Soul, the Supreme Father, God. The entire world is our family. People
of all religions are our brothers and sisters. Wherever the soul has
a 'karmic' account, it is there that the soul takes birth and as soon
as the soul completes that account, it leaves the body and bodily relations
and moves away. To come in the cycle of birth and death is a characteristic
of a soul. God, the destiny-creator, Himself teaches us that a human
soul takes birth in human species itself and not in animals or birds.
