On Sunday, November 13, 2005, the launching ceremony was held at Town Hall, Moradabad at 10 a.m. After launching, on the same day, total 148 calls were received on the helpline number within 10 hours. On the next day, total 402 calls were received on the helpline number.

Shri Narayan Lohia, Renowned Exporter, Moradabad; Shri Vinod Agarwal, Exporter and Political Leader, Moradabad and Dr. Pradip Verma, GM, Jubilant Organosis Ltd., Gajraula were special guests. BK Asha Bahen, In-Charge, BrahmaKumaris, Moradabad gave introduction of organisation. BK Alka Bahen conducted guided meditation.
